Migrate staging and production to Kubernetes on AWS

We currently run six services on plain EC2 with a homegrown deploy script that everyone is afraid to touch. We want to move to EKS with proper CI/CD, secrets management and observability. Scope: cluster setup with Terraform, containerize the remaining two services, set up GitHub Actions pipelines, Prometheus and Grafana, and migrate staging first, then production with a documented rollback plan. You will pair with our two backend engineers so knowledge stays in the team. Hourly engagement, estimated 6 weeks at 20 to 30 hours per week.
