REST API for warehouse inventory management

Northwind Labs is building inventory software for small warehouses. We need an experienced backend engineer to design and implement the core REST API: items, locations, stock movements, low-stock alerts and an audit trail. Stack is Node.js with TypeScript and PostgreSQL. You will own the schema design, migrations and API implementation; our team handles the frontend. Expect roughly 25 endpoints, role-based access and webhook notifications for stock events. This is an hourly engagement with weekly demos. Long-term follow-up work is likely for the right person.
